Atharva Bankar is the founder of The Richmond Studios Ltd, a London-based audio production company focused on delivering creative and technical audio solutions for film, television, broadcasting and digital media.
With over six years of experience across sound design, audio engineering and post-production, Atharva has contributed to more than 24 productions across multiple languages, worked on BBC Radio 4 productions and gained experience in live audio for internationally acclaimed composer A. R. Rahman.
His research explores the creative use of generative AI in sound and music, reflecting his commitment to innovation and the responsible integration of emerging technologies into the creative industries.
Through The Richmond Studios, Atharva aims to connect creative talent, technical expertise and international production networks to strengthen the UK’s position as a leading global hub for film, television and digital media, while championing innovation, collaboration and new opportunities for the next generation of creators.
